Questions

What people ask first.

What counts toward my hours?
New video you post after you sign up, by length. A two-hour board meeting uses two hours. Videos that only need captions and ones that also need audio description count the same.
How do I know how many hours I need?
Run the free scan: it shows how much you posted in the last 12 months. In our scan of district channels, a typical district posted about 18 hours a year.
What about our older videos?
Many will be probably exempt while they stay on YouTube only. When someone asks for one, or you embed it on your website, we fix it for $90 per hour of video, captions and description included, within 48 hours.
What if we go over?
We'll tell you before it happens and you can move up a plan or pay for the extra hours at the backlog rate. We never stop processing new uploads without warning.
Can we pay by purchase order?
Yes. We invoice yearly and provide a W-9 and certificate of insurance. Every plan is under the $15,000 federal micro-purchase limit.
